GARLIC GIVES YOU LONGEVITY

Mix 40 gm garlic with its twice of pure ghee and some honey and use it daily. Though drinking milk is prohibited after consumption of garlic, but by having milk after this experiment, a person can live long healthily. To take such benefit, you should eat milk and rice and use garlic only after digesting the food.

Use of garlic is very beneficial in diseases like bone misalignment, fracture or any other bone disease, female diseases, dizziness, cough, skin disease, skin complexion, asthma, night blindness, stone, urinary problem, fistula, arthritis, etc.

DO NOT MIX GARLIC WITH THESE FOODS

Do not eat garlic after the use of milk or other dairy products made from milk. Do not use with sugarcane, jaggery and things made from them. Consumption of cold drinks before or after the garlic use can increase risk of Ascites (Jalodar) disease. Use of garlic with milk can make you suffer from fever, skin disease and tuberculosis. Do not eat stale food during garlic consumption.

DO NOT DRINK WATER

Leprosy patient, asthma, diabetes, cough patients must not drink water after eating garlic. They should take lentils water after eating garlic for few days. If its difficult to eat raw garlic then fry with ghee, butter and then eat it.
